近日，在2024全力以赴峰會(huì)(ALL-IN SUMMIT 2024)上，美國(guó)著名經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家杰弗里·薩克斯談到美國(guó)對(duì)外干涉的真相，稱美國(guó)并不關(guān)心別國(guó)建設(shè)，一切都是為了權(quán)力斗爭(zhēng)。

　　“I don't think the US government gives a damn about these other places. They want the right of ways, they want the military bases,” said Jeffrey Sachs, an economics professor and director of the Center for Sustainable Development at Columbia University at ALL-IN SUMMIT 2024 in early September.
